„The ground will open” is the performance based on texts and songs by Bertolt Brecht, with music by outstanding German composers Kurt Weil and Hanns Eisler. The arrangements were prepared by Kuba Suchar, the creator of theater and film music, also known to the broad audience from the band Robotobibok. Radek Stępień, the director of the performance, poses anew the questions that the outstanding German playwright paid attention to, in times when capitalism and fascism wreaked havoc in people’s hearts and minds.
